Market Details

  • Weekly Summer Market:Thursday evenings (May 7 - October 8) from 4:00 PM to dusk. No Market on July 2. 
    • June 4th - Pride Celebration Market
    • June 18th - Juneteenth Celebration Market
    • June 25th - Eco Fair Market
    • August 13th - Youth Entrepreneur's Market
    • September 3rd - Oktoberfest Celebration Market
    • October 8th - Fall Fest Market
  • Monthly Winter Market: Held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Quinlan Market Building (25 Kings Hwy. North). 
    • January 22nd - Bridal Themed Market
    • February 26th - Carved and Crafted Woodwork Themed Market
    • March 26th - Wellness Themed Market
    • April 23rd - FURever Themed Market (Please note - for this market ONLY leashed pets are welcome.)

Guidelines on Pets

With the exception of service animals, leashed and unleashed animals are NOT ALLOWED on the grounds during Town events.

Are you a local farmer, artisan, or food vendor looking to showcase your products at the Irondequoit Farmers' Market? We’re expanding and looking for new vendors to join our vibrant community.

Types of Vendors (Prioritized as follows)

  • NY State Farmers: Vendors who grow and sell agricultural products in New York State, including fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and related products, honey and syrup, live plants and flowers, herbs, and spices.
  • Prepared Foods: Vendors that prepare and sell food products for consumption on-site.
  • Other Foods: Unique edible items (baked goods, jams, nut butter, beverages).
  • Arts and Crafts: Vendors who make and sell handmade arts and crafts. The vendor must make all products in this category.
  • Food Trucks & Carts

Vendor Requirements

To participate as a vendor, specific documentation is required to ensure the quality and legality of products:

  • Tax ID: All vendors must provide a physical copy of a Tax ID.
  • Vendors with Live Plants: Vendors with live plants, herbs, trees, shrubs, potted flowers, etc., must provide a physical copy of a nursery registration certificate.
  • Vendors with Prepared Foods must provide a physical copy of a valid vending permit or a Monroe County Health Certificate.

***To ensure a diverse and balanced market experience, the Farmers' Market reserves the right to limit the number of vendors offering the same, or similar, types of merchandise or goods.

  • Non-Profit Organizations: Limited spots are available at the Market on a first-come, first-served basis for non-profit organizations looking to share their mission and engage with the community.
